Almost anyone can form a company. However, most countries disallow people who are certified mad or, in some cases, those who have criminal records. There are no minimal educational requirements. However, some countries do have minimum and maximum age restrictions. While some of you will feel that these are the strongest requirements for being a successful company director, it's also best if the directorial candidate hasn't been previously disqualified by a court from being a company director.
