When all the documents have been completed they should be sent by registered mail to the company registrar at your country's registration body (Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC)/federal registration body; Companies House in the United Kingdom).
The registrar's department will then scrutinize the documents and, if valid, issue their authorization. Some countries have a fast track system for company formation to speed up the verification. In the United Kingdom this can be done on a same-day basis providing the documents are received before 3pm.
The company can start trading from the day it receives certified authorization from the registration body.
