Statutory Declaration of Compliance

This goes by many names. It is the document that states that the officers of the company will obey the law and honor their corporate, directorate, or company secretarial offices relating to the incorporation of the company. The declaration is invariably signed by a notary and/or one of the founding directors. In some countries the corporate administrator/company secretary is allowed to do this. Finally, a validation must be signed in the presence of a justice of the peace, notary public, or a commissioner for oaths.
