Requirements vary from country to country but it is normally mandatory for the company status to be listed on all stationery and official publications. All of the following issued on behalf of the company must also display the company status:
♦ Pro-forma invoices
♦ Promissory notes
♦ Orders for money or goods
The company number and place of incorporation must appear listed on all business letters.
On important business correspondence, the address of the registered office, if it isn't the same as the trading address, should also appear.
Ironically, directors' names don't have to be shown. However, if you show any, you must show all. If you are worried about the order in which to display these, list them alphabetically; that way none can take offense.
